Location: Initial training will be onsite at North Austin/Lakeline, followed by a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days onsite and 2 days remote.

Microsoft Office Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of basic Excel formulas, pivot tables, and Outlook organization is advantageous.
Strong Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with remote client teams.
Multi-tasking Ability: Essential for meeting deadlines and providing excellent client service during policy renewals.
Attention to Detail: Crucial for ensuring accurate information for client invoicing.
Research Aptitude: Willingness to investigate and gather additional information as required.
