Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Safety Trainer to join our innovative team in a remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in designing and executing safety training programs that adhere to OSHA/DOT standards, ensuring our clients foster safe and compliant working environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate engaging training sessions tailored to clients’ needs in accordance with OSHA/DOT regulations.
• Collaborate on the development and execution of diverse safety programs, including lockout/tagout, confined space entry, and fire safety measures.
• Support clients in managing risks through effective claims tracking and reporting.
• Conduct thorough safety analyses to identify areas for improvement and compliance.
• Execute annual compliance audits and business platform reviews to maintain regulatory standards.
• Utilize platform utilization reports to enhance training delivery and outcomes.
• Analyze telematics data to offer actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Establish discipline and incentive initiatives to promote safety on jobsites and within vehicle operations.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and track progress on the Bignition platform.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as required.
  
  

Required Skills

• Strong organizational and planning abilities with adaptability in a remote working environment.
• Exceptional communication skills for effectively conveying technical information to varied audiences.
• Proficient in data collection, analysis, and report generation.
• Ability to remain composed and effective during emergency situations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with EPIC management software.
  
  

Qualifications

• Willingness to travel for client engagements and training sessions.
• Certification to train in OSHA & DOT within the first 90 days of employment.
• Completion of training in The Wedge sales process within 90 days of hire, with attendance at Wedge Sales Training within 6 months.
