- Conducting thorough medication therapy reviews and providing informed recommendations to healthcare providers.
- Serving as a clinical consultant, delivering expert advice on pharmacotherapeutics to fellow healthcare professionals.
- Analyzing medication histories for newly admitted patients to aid in effective treatment planning.
- Providing formal consultations and analyses on medication assay reports.
- Supplying comprehensive medication information to the medical team, supported by extensive research and literature.
- Collaborating with medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff to ensure cohesive patient care and communication.
- Verifying Automated Dispensing Device (ADD) fills and executing other standard remote tasks.

To excel in this position, candidates should possess:
- A valid Washington State pharmacist license (additional licensing in Oregon, Montana, Idaho, and Alaska required within the first six months; licensing fees will be reimbursed).
- Experience in a clinical environment, specifically within a hospital setting.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and pharmacy software, with familiarity in systems such as Epic, Cerner, CPSI, Meditech, HCS, or Athena preferred.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- A calm and professional demeanor, especially under pressure.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork.
- Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the role.
Candidates must meet the following qualifications:
- A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.
