Job Overview

We are a distinguished open enrollment charter school, committed to delivering outstanding educational experiences since our inception in 2013. From a modest beginning with seventy-five Kindergarten students and twelve staff members, we have expanded to serve nearly one thousand students from Pre-K through 8th grade, supported by a diverse and dedicated team of approximately one hundred fifty staff members. Our steadfast mission is to become the leading charter school in New Orleans. We are currently in search of an inspiring Chief Executive Officer (CEO) who will be instrumental in steering our ongoing journey towards achieving our ambitious objectives.

Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree required; a Master's degree in Education, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Over 10 years of professional experience in nonprofit management with a demonstrated history of improving outcomes.
  • Established leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire teams.

Compensation And Benefits
