We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our coffee shop operations in Morrisville. Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of baristas, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance assessments.
• Deliver consistent training to ensure adherence to health, safety, and service protocols.
• Step in to assist with shifts as necessary and facilitate effective team communication for seamless daily operations.
• Utilize strong delegation, time management, and prioritization skills to support employee development and task assignments.
• Ensure the preparation of fresh, high-quality coffee, espresso beverages, and food items that align with our standards.
• Train staff in proper preparation techniques, emphasizing quality and customer loyalty.
• Assess customer preferences to suggest innovative menu items that enhance our offerings.
• Delegate and supervise daily cleaning tasks to maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Ensure all areas, including condiment bars and restrooms, are tidy and well-stocked.
• Maintain the retail area, ensuring an organized and attractive presentation of products.
• Uphold and exemplify exemplary customer service standards, addressing complaints with empathy and professionalism.
• Train team members to anticipate and meet customer needs, maintaining an inviting atmosphere.
