Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Lead and oversee the performance of sales and marketing teams, including divisional and Home Office teams.
  • Collaborate with senior executives and regional directors to establish and achieve sales objectives.
  • Analyze market dynamics and competitive activities to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Craft tailored sales and marketing plans for communities across different divisions.
  • Generate sales forecasts and ensure accountability for achieving key performance metrics.
  • Train community sales teams to ensure effective adherence to strategic sales initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates on key metrics to stakeholders at both community and home office levels.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
  • A minimum of seven years of multi-site sales experience, with a focus on independent living, assisted living, and memory care.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
