Are you prepared to revolutionize home living? We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Director of Sales to join our innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will excel in a start-up setting, managing diverse projects while concentrating on the formulation and execution of strategic plans to fulfill sales objectives. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Development to pioneer new processes and sales methodologies that yield quantifiable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement cutting-edge strategies for outbound and inbound lead generation.
  • Evaluate and refine current processes to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Lead the recruitment, training, and development of a skilled Business Development Representative (BDR) team.
  • Broaden our supply chain by generating pitch opportunities for qualifying apartments across North America.
  • Identify and nurture new outbound lead sources.
  • Enhance and expand existing expansion initiatives.
  • Work in tandem with the marketing team to devise captivating online and offline campaigns that increase awareness and create pitch opportunities.
  • Conduct data-driven analysis to reinforce sales initiatives.
  • Cultivate, support, and expand strategic partnerships.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our product offerings and effectively convey their value.
  • Represent the organization at trade shows, client meetings, and internal executive strategy sessions, contributing to the strategic direction of our real estate operations.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to manage the sales process from inception to completion.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized self-starter with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in multitasking and addressing multiple issues simultaneously.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Willingness to travel across North America up to 10% of the time.
