Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact between end-users, technical teams, and stakeholders
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering sessions to understand and document business needs
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for software and app development
- Create detailed business requirements, use cases, user stories, process flows, and work instructions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, vision, and timelines
- Research and recommend technology solutions to improve business operations
- At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience with Accounting ERP systems, including SAP and Oracle
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for presenting and analyzing information
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively
- Willingness to participate in monthly workshops (3-5 days) on the East Coast and in Dallas
- This role is a contract position and does not include relocation assistance
- Local candidates are preferred
- Must be able to work on a W2 basis (no C2C)
