Key Responsibilities
- Act as a primary liaison for the Workday Payroll functional team, offering support and solutions for Payroll and HCM modules.
- Take charge of Workday configuration and reporting, focusing on Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Core HR, Time Tracking, and General Ledger functionalities.
- Utilize your expertise in payroll and HR modules to address system-related issues effectively.
- Design and develop reports and complex calculated fields using various tools and solutions within the Workday environment.
- Collaborate closely with business teams, third-party vendors, and IT to integrate systems and resolve issues efficiently.
- Support pre and post-payroll activities, including audits and data quality checks.
- Assist in resolving input errors and other discrepancies, conducting root cause analysis where necessary.
- Play a key role in Year-End Payroll processing activities, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Continuously update your knowledge on Workday functionality and make recommendations for process improvements.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Technology Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience, including proficiency in HR business processes and Workday functionalities.
- Strong skills in integrations, report writing, and data transformation using XML, XSLT, and web services.
- Experience serving as a liaison between stakeholders and third parties for system implementations and interfaces.
