Key Responsibilities
Collect and enter data for multiple registries on behalf of clients.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate documentation of patient encounters.
Maintain a high standard of data quality and integrity in compliance with registry guidelines.
Facilitate seamless communication and reporting hospitals for efficient data management.
Provide insightful data analysis to support hospital managers as needed.
Stay abreast of regulatory requirements governing data submission.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of direct Clinical Registry Abstraction experience in a health system or hospital setting.
Current abstracting experience within the past 12 months, with proficiency in one or more clinical registries.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, EMR systems, and healthcare practices.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, with exceptional attention to detail.
Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
Comfortable with remote training and onboarding processes.

Previous experience in remote work environments.
Familiarity with SaaS, Healthtech, or software companies.
RN or LPN credentials.
Compensation
