Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Recruiter, your primary focus will be to connect qualified candidates with exciting healthcare roles. Your responsibilities will include:
- Utilizing social media, recruitment platforms, and industry knowledge to source and screen potential candidates for assigned positions.
- Engaging candidates through initial screenings, scheduling and conducting interviews, and collaborating with the Credentialing team on reference and background checks.
- Conducting daily outreach (80-100 calls) to prospective candidates using established scripts and tools for effective communication.
- Cultivating a strong personal and company brand on social media to attract top-tier talent.
- Assisting candidates in preparing for client interviews by providing insights and guidance for optimal presentation.
- Maintaining meticulous records of recruitment activities within our applicant tracking system, overseeing candidate progression from application to hiring.
- Negotiating compensation packages that are equitable and consistent with company guidelines.
- Participating in job fairs, career events, and collaborating with healthcare organizations to extend your professional network.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal abilities, facilitating effective collaboration across diverse teams and communities.
- Proficiency in PC-based software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and database management.
- Organizational skills to effectively manage recruitment processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
