Senior Construction Project Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site construction activities and lead field personnel to ensure successful project completion within designated timelines and budget constraints.
• Guide projects to successful completion in adherence to plans, specifications, and schedules.
• Plan and execute project set-up, site logistics, and field coordination plans.
• Conduct pre-construction and ongoing risk analysis to identify and resolve issues promptly and cost-effectively.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities, ensuring subcontractors adhere to contractual obligations.
• Monitor construction progress, revise schedules as necessary, and ensure quality control through inspections and testing.
• Preside over subcontractor coordination meetings and ensure compliance with safety and OSHA standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site, including construction office facilities.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of supervisory experience in complex new construction, renovation, and interior buildout projects.
• Strong project management, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in construction estimating, scheduling, and budgeting using Procore and other project management software.
• Comprehensive knowledge of project administration from pre-construction to close-out, including contracts, subcontracts, permitting, and inspections.
• Ability to manage multiple projects effectively and handle confidential information with integrity.
