In this role, you'll play a crucial part in managing travel logistics, supporting HR administrative tasks, and assisting with various projects. This position offers the flexibility of remote work with occasional in-person meetings in the vibrant NYC Financial District.
Responsibilities
Coordinate travel arrangements ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
Manage our travel platform to book and optimize corporate travel requests.
Support new team members by setting up travel accounts and providing essential information.
Collaborate with team members to streamline travel guidelines for events.
Generate and analyze reports for travel expenses, collaborating closely with accounting and payroll departments.
Secure approvals for travel requests exceeding established limits.
Organize hotel room blocks and coordinate logistics for company-wide events.
Assist with coordinating on-site and off-site logistics for People Team and Senior Leadership.
Manage administrative tasks such as handling the People Inbox and supporting ad hoc projects for the People Operations team.
Qualifications
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong understanding of travel industry practices.
Ability to make informed decisions and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Highly organized with keen attention to detail.
Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of employment law is a plus.
Ability to work full-time with occasional onsite presence in NYC Financial District.
