Your Role
As a Client Advisor, you will build and maintain relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. You will become their trusted style confidante, both in-store and digitally, using the latest technology for outreach and selling.
This position is onsite at the specified location and reports to the Sales Manager.

Customer-Centric Approach: Maintain a focus on exceptional customer service.
Expert Styling and Brand Knowledge: Demonstrate deep understanding of fashion and trends, enhancing sales through technology and wardrobing.
Showcase Products: Adapt your approach based on whether a client is remote or in-person.
Utilize Technology: Leverage selling tools and digital store technology, use omni-channel and fleetwide inventory.
Achieve Sales Goals: Meet personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing targets.
Strategize Business: Increase individual productivity through strategic wardrobing, outreach, and technology usage.
Digital Engagement: Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and drive traffic.
Collaborative Environment: Foster a positive work atmosphere through teamwork.
