Role Overview

In this role, success isn't measured by quotas or numbers but by understanding how our sales and client success processes integrate with other areas of the business. You will identify opportunities for improvement and ensure our clients consistently receive outstanding value. Leading a team focused on building trust-based, lasting relationships, you will continuously refine our operations to enhance client experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and enhance sales and client success processes with an emphasis on cultivating long-term client relationships and achieving operational excellence.

Collaborate with teams across the organization to streamline workflows, ensuring our systems deliver a smooth and consistent experience for clients.

Analyze patterns in client interactions, addressing root causes rather than just surface-level issues.

Mentor and coach your team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Build and maintain internal and external relationships based on trust, transparency, and a deep understanding of client needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in sales and/or client success, including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a software or tech company.

Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales and client success strategies in a small company environment.

Strong understanding of the software industry, with the ability to quickly learn new products and technologies.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.

Travel

This position rarely requires travel beyond annual in-person company events.

The salary range for this role is broad, reflecting our national recruitment efforts and various experience levels. A personalized salary survey will be completed if you advance to future interview stages to ensure competitiveness. The initial salary range is $120k-$180k.
