Position Overview

In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in spearheading our AI product strategy and execution. You will lead a team of talented product managers, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver world-class AI products. Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategic vision and roadmap for AI-powered products in alignment with company goals and market opportunities.
• Mentor and guide a team of product managers to foster product innovation and successful execution.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, informing product strategy.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and data science teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Prioritize product features based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility, ensuring alignment with short-term and long-term goals.
• Work closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and sales teams to deliver end-to-end product solutions.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products within budget.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles to ensure intuitive and engaging product experiences.
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics, tracking product performance and iterating based on data-driven insights.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and drive adoption and retention.
• Stay informed about AI advancements and industry trends, providing guidance on best practices and emerging opportunities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• 7 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI-driven products and technologies.
• Leadership experience, with a proven ability to mentor and lead product teams.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, with experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI-powered products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate customer needs into product strategy.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and product management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
