What Will You Be Doing?
As the Paid Ads Marketing Manager, you will be a key player in driving our marketing strategy, with a focus on paid advertising channels to expand our reach, attract high-quality leads, and grow revenue. You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing all aspects of our paid media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Strategy:
Develop, execute, and optimize paid advertising strategies across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads).
Leverage data-driven insights to improve ad performance, targeting, and ROI.
Stay ahead of industry trends by experimenting with new creative approaches and targeting techniques.
Campaign Management
Create, manage, and scale paid ad campaigns focused on high-ticket funnels for consistent monthly revenue growth.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, using insights to improve future strategies.
Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad copy, visuals, landing pages, and call-to-actions for higher conversion rates.
Collaboration And Development
Work closely with our in-house marketing team and external experts to boost the effectiveness of our paid media efforts.
Mentor team members in advanced paid media strategies, helping us maintain a competitive edge.
Budget Management
Manage and allocate advertising budgets to maximize ROI and achieve cost-efficient customer acquisition.
Track, report, and analyze campaign performance, recommending improvements on key metrics.
Audience Targeting And Expansion
Develop segmentation strategies to reach our target audience (primarily American males aged 45 ), ensuring campaigns resonate with this demographic.
Use advanced targeting and retargeting techniques to reach new customers and nurture existing leads through the sales funnel.
What You Bring
Experience: Proven track record in scaling paid ad campaigns, particularly on Facebook and YouTube, with budgets over $1 million per month.
Direct Response Marketing: Expertise in managing high-ticket sales funnels and implementing direct response strategies.
Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Leadership: Exceptional leadership and team management abilities to guide and inspire a team of marketing professionals.
