We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Consultant with extensive experience in the IT industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience working with the ServiceNow platform in a multi-tier, enterprise-wide environment.
Key Responsibilities
Implementing CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
Working with Client and Server APIs (e.g., GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord)
Validating requirements and identifying discrepancies
Designing solutions and suggesting technical best practices
Ensuring the accuracy and feasibility of information
Providing domain, architecture, and technical expertise for projects
Participating in requirement gathering meetings and providing inputs based on the requirements
Offering end-to-end guidance and review of ITOM Implementation & customization in ServiceNow
Qualifications
6 to 8 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform in a large-scale, production environment
8 to 10 years of overall IT industry experience
Certifications
ServiceNow Administration Certification
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (Discovery, Service Mapping, and other tracks) - Required
ServiceNow Technical / Master Architect Certification - Optional
