Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Director of Onboarding to develop a top-tier owner and property onboarding platform.
- Maintain regular communication with property owners throughout the onboarding process, providing updates on walkthroughs, renovation estimates, leasing, and move-in.
- Collect and upload necessary documentation to initiate property management.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with property owners, addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Keep the team informed of onboarding status changes.
- Complete the property manager success checklist daily.
- Manage the rental registration process and schedule inspections.
- Review owner statements for accuracy.
- Audit owner pages to ensure information is up to date.
- Monitor move-in/move-out processes and address issues promptly.
- Review and approve/deny requests from the team on behalf of owners.
- Ensure prompt resolution of habitability issues.
- Attend weekly meetings.
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred).
- Local Real Estate Sales License (Required). If not currently licensed, willingness to obtain a State Real Estate Sales License within 90 days of start date (costs covered by the company).
- 2 years of real estate experience (Required).
- 5 years of customer service experience (Preferred).
- Remote position with flexibility to work from a home office.
