Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, supply chain, sales, finance, and IT, to identify and suggest process improvements and system design enhancements.
- Analyze organizational requirements to recommend system modifications and procedures aimed at streamlining operations and addressing process challenges.
- Drive project initiatives by defining key milestones, tracking progress, and resolving issues as they arise.
- Provide ongoing support for production operations through the development and implementation of effective business solutions.
- Create and maintain user documentation and offer training and help desk support to ensure effective user engagement.
- Consult with department heads to align system solutions with the strategic goals of the organization.
- Generate and analyze reports from the SAP reporting warehouse to support production and supply chain management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing sector.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with SAP operations and maintenance across various modules (e.g., Batch Management, MRP, Purchasing).
- Proficiency in Power BI and experience in computer system validation, including creating CSV deliverables and testing.
- 3 years of industry experience in a manufacturing environment is essential.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
