Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with your assigned Clinical Oncology Specialist to nurture, manage, and enhance existing customer accounts.
- Establish and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders at oncology accounts to drive growth and adoption of our products.
- Monitor and analyze patient testing data ensuring adherence to prescribed testing protocols to optimize patient outcomes.
- Identify the needs of medical professionals and staff, focusing on customer support and logistics coordination.
- Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of our oncology products and processes.
- Educate healthcare providers on available tools and resources to enhance test order management.
- Track and maintain internal reports of key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to patient retention and order fulfillment.
- Work collaboratively with internal team members, including sales representatives, patient coordinators, and territory managers.
- A proactive approach with strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
- High level of intelligence, flexibility, self-motivation, and a results-driven mindset.
- Strategic thinking coupled with tactical execution capabilities.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail, along with the ability to interpret data spreadsheets and technologies.
- Quick adaptability to new software and reporting systems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or an Associate's degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in medical assisting, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing is desirable.
- At least 2 years of sales experience.
- Ability to excel in a dynamic and ambiguous environment.
