Key Responsibilities
- Manage internal shipping escalations, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of expedited shipping requests and reshipments.
- Collaborate closely with the pharmacist team to address billing, clinical, and inventory inquiries from external pharmacy partners.
- Resolve complex escalations from various operational departments to facilitate efficient order processing.
- Act as the primary liaison for shipping partners, providing essential routing information and addressing any shipment-related issues.
- Monitor and manage incidents reported by patients and pharmacies, identifying opportunities to enhance logistics processes.
- Analyze daily reporting to ensure performance targets are consistently met and exceeded.
- Adhere to compliance standards, performing all tasks safely and in line with company policies as well as state and federal regulations.
- Minimum of three years of pharmacy experience, demonstrating proficiency in resolving third-party claims.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for effective collaboration.
- Excellent analytical thinking and sound judgment.
- A commitment to delivering outstanding patient care.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team and across functions.
- Advanced technical aptitude and adaptability to complex software systems.
- Proficiency with Google Suite is mandatory.
- Experience in mentoring or training colleagues is a plus.
- A high school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- At least three years of pharmacy experience with demonstrable success in handling third-party claims.
