Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Systematically input electronic, faxed, and verbal prescriptions with precision, adhering to established protocols.
- Provider Communication: Maintain professional interactions with healthcare providers, responding to voicemails and managing inbound and outbound calls.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively investigate and resolve outstanding issues communicated by various departments, including pharmacists and team members.
- Compliance: Execute all tasks with a focus on safety and compliance, ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable regulations.
- Other Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned within the scope of the Pharmacy Technician position.
- Experience: A minimum of six months working as a Pharmacy Technician or in a comparable role is necessary.
