Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the clinical care of homecare clients from the moment of admission until discharge.
- Manage the delivery of care and personnel, ensuring the provision of high-quality services.
- Orient, evaluate, and support homecare caregivers in their professional development.
- Carry out both in-office and field responsibilities, including conducting patient home visits.
- Active RN license is mandatory.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
