Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinical journey of homecare clients, managing their care from admission to discharge.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services by effectively managing personnel.
- Mentor and evaluate homecare caregivers, guiding their professional development.
- Facilitate ongoing education and training for caregivers to enhance their skills.
- Conduct both in-office and field duties, visiting patients in their homes as necessary.
- Active RN license.
- Strong command of communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive disposition with excellent customer service abilities.
- Supervisory experience is an added advantage.
- A minimum of one year of RN experience is preferred.

- Competitive salary range: \(68,000 - \)75,000 annually, with an additional $3,500 annual bonus opportunity (disbursed quarterly).
