Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders and external tax advisors on a broad spectrum of international tax matters.
- Design and execute comprehensive company-wide tax planning strategies.
- Provide specialized tax guidance on corporate acquisitions, divestitures, and internal restructurings, including due diligence, post-acquisition integration, compliance disclosures, and effective tax rate assessments.
- Assist tax compliance and accounting teams regarding the tax implications of various transactions.
- Track and analyze legislative changes in tax laws and regulations, determining impacts on our operations and formulating strategic responses.
- Conduct research and document complex tax technical issues.
- Prepare insightful executive-level summaries and presentations.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in accounting, business, finance, or a related field; CPA/MBA is highly desirable.
- A minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience in a regional or international public accounting firm or corporate tax department.
- Strong technical knowledge across various corporate taxation domains.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities with proficiency in utilizing data to inform business decisions.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding project management, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in accounting, business, finance, or a related discipline; CPA/MBA preferred.
- Six (6) years of directly related experience in a regional or international public accounting firm or corporate tax department.
