Key Responsibilities
- Navigate policyholders through the claims process with compassion and clarity.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders including policyholders, medical professionals, legal representatives, and contractors to facilitate prompt and equitable claim resolutions.
- Clearly articulate policy coverage to both policyholders and third parties in a patient manner.
- Conduct detailed investigations and meticulously document all pertinent claim information.
- Assess the value of damaged items and process medical and wage loss benefits accurately.
- Engage in negotiations for settlements with policyholders and other involved parties.
- Effectively resolve claims which may encompass paying, settling, or denying claims, advocating for policyholders in court, or recovering overdue amounts.
- Strong analytical abilities, computer proficiency, and time management skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
- Confidence in decision-making based on available information.
- Previous experience in customer service roles (such as retail, hospitality, logistics, banking, automotive, or sales) is advantageous.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or have completed a four-year degree.
