Key Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based methodologies to inspire, assist, and empower our clients in reaching their therapeutic goals.
- Collaborate effectively with a diverse clinical team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers, to deliver holistic care.
- Participate in the testing of innovative therapy protocols and techniques.
- Engage in training sessions focused on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model to further enhance your professional skills.
- Licensure as either an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC, with a commitment to practicing at the highest standards.
- Experience in addressing pediatric trauma is essential.
- EMDR certification is preferred but not mandatory.
