Key Responsibilities
- Utilize evidence-based practices to empower children, teens, and their families in achieving therapeutic goals.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary clinical team, including psychiatrists, coaches, and behavioral case managers.
- Engage in the pilot of experimental therapy protocols and techniques.
- Participate in specialized training on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model.
- Licensed as an LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC, practicing at the highest level of your professional license.
- Experience in addressing pediatric trauma is essential.
- EMDR training is a valuable asset.
- Proficient with technology and comfortable delivering telehealth services via video platforms.
- Possess strong organizational skills and an engaging therapeutic approach.
- A true passion for enhancing the well-being of children and teens.
- Current licensure in Pennsylvania (additional licenses in other states are considered advantageous).
- Availability for evening sessions and potential Saturday hours.
