Key Responsibilities
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to inspire, guide, and support our clients in reaching their goals.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, coaches, nurses, and behavioral case managers.
- Engage in the development and implementation of pilot programs for new therapeutic protocols and techniques.
- Participate in training sessions focused on our proprietary curriculum and collaborative care model.
- Must be a licensed LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or LMHC, practicing at the highest level of your license.
- Proficient with technology and comfortable delivering telehealth services via video.
- Highly organized and capable of thriving in a fast-paced team environment.
- Possess a warm and engaging clinical demeanor.
- Deeply committed to supporting children and adolescents in achieving their objectives.
- Licensed to practice in Minnesota (additional state licenses are a plus).
