- Accurately identify and procure the appropriate prior authorization forms for various insurance providers.
- Collaborate with prescribers and medical offices to ensure the timely completion of prior authorization documentation.
- Proactively follow up with medical offices regarding the status of prior authorization requests.
- Communicate updates on prior authorization statuses to both patients and providers.
- Coordinate with medical offices to handle appeals effectively.
