What You'll Do
Own It: Take full accountability for the success of your assigned products.
Define the Vision: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and develop product roadmaps that align with business goals.
Drive Development: Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute product development, ensuring projects stay on track and meet requirements.
Manage the Lifecycle: Optimize product performance, margins, and profitability throughout the entire lifecycle, from launch to retirement.
Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations, to achieve shared objectives.
Communicate Effectively: Clearly and concisely communicate product strategies, requirements, and performance updates to a variety of audiences, including executive leadership.
Stay Ahead of the Curve: Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
Analyze & Problem-Solve: Distill complex problems into clear, actionable solutions.
What You'll Bring
A combination of relevant work experience and/or education sufficient to perform the duties of the job.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in Product Management, Product Development, Technology Sales or Marketing, IT Development/Operations, Software Development, Technology Engineering, Financial Analysis, or Data Analytics.
Minimum of five (5) years of Product Management and/or Product Development experience.
Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
Strong technical, financial, and marketing acumen.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Bonus Points For
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, The 280 Group).
Telecommunications experience.
Other relevant telecom industry or job-specific certifications.
