Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ needs and strengths.
- Collaborate with clients to formulate tailored treatment plans.
- Deliver therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices.
- Assist clients in developing essential coping strategies and life skills.
- Monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Partner with other mental health professionals to ensure comprehensive support.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of your work.
- Master’s degree in a relevant mental health field (e.g., social work, clinical mental health counseling).
- Licenses such as LICSW or LCMHC are preferred.
- Strong clinical capabilities and a deep commitment to supporting adults in need.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a cohesive team.
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems.
- Experience with co-occurring disorders is an added advantage.
- A Master’s degree in a mental health-related field is required.
- Preferred licensure includes LICSW or LCMHC.
