- Oversee program operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and conducting thorough quality assurance reviews.
- Assist in budget creation and monitoring to maintain the financial health of programs.
- Master's Degree in Public Health, Human Services, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of program management experience, including demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Proficient in Positive Youth Development, Motivational Interviewing, and Trauma-Informed Care.
- Strong understanding of child welfare and community-based service systems.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Competent in grant writing and report preparation.
- Master's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on supervision and leadership roles.
