Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with your assigned Clinical Oncology Specialist to nurture, maintain, and support existing customer accounts.
- Forge and strengthen relationships with key personnel at oncology accounts to drive product adoption and unit growth.
- Analyze and oversee patient testing data to promote adherence to prescribed testing schedules.
- Assess and address the needs of medical professionals, focusing on logistics coordination and customer support.
- Attain deep knowledge of our oncology products and associated processes.
- Educate medical professionals on available tools and resources to streamline test order management.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient retention and fulfilled order volume.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales representatives, patient coordinators, and territory managers.
- Exceptional interpersonal and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail.
- Ability to thrive in dynamic and ambiguous environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Competence in time management and prioritization.
- Proficiency in interpreting data spreadsheets and technologies.
- Aptitude for quickly mastering software and reporting systems.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; an Associate’s degree will be considered with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in medical assisting, clinical support, patient liaison, or nursing is advantageous.
- At least 2 years of sales experience is required.
- Demonstrated intelligence, adaptability, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.

- Competitive base salary ranging from \(80,000 to \)100,000 per year, plus uncapped commission and a car allowance.
