Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and prepare comprehensive progress reports.
- Develop and monitor tailored treatment plans and behavior support plans for clients.
- Supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians (BTs/RBTs).
- Provide ongoing support, guidance, and feedback to families and caregivers.
- Execute functional assessments and analyses to inform treatment strategies.
- Strong proficiency in creating and overseeing treatment plans.
- Excellent ability to conduct functional assessments and analyses.
- Effective supervisory and mentoring skills for training BTs/RBTs.
- Outstanding communication skills to interact with families and caregivers.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential is mandatory.
- Experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred.
- Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related discipline is required.

- Competitive annual salary ranging from \(75,000 to \)105,000, including potential bonuses.
