Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and enhance business processes by identifying opportunities for improvement and recommending system modifications.
- Collaborate effectively with various functional departments, such as production, supply chain, sales, finance, and IT, to gather requirements and align them with strategic business goals.
- Oversee project timelines, manage progress, address challenges, and ensure projects are completed promptly.
- Create and sustain user documentation, deliver training and support, and enhance system performance through thorough data analysis and reporting.
- Harness data analysis tools, including Power BI, to produce reports and insights that facilitate informed decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, particularly Power BI.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a particular focus on SAP systems (including Batch Management, Demand Planning, MRP, Production Planning, and Materials Management).
- At least 2 years of experience within a manufacturing environment.
