- Act as the principal point of contact for our esteemed customers, guaranteeing a positive and smooth experience.
- Oversee customer accounts, including processing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Engage with customers both verbally and in writing to address inquiries and concerns promptly.

- An Associate’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
