Key Responsibilities

• Champion our mission through collaboration with the Leadership Team to uphold our vision, mission, and core values, ensuring compliance with relevant standards, laws, and policies.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and provide supervision to clinical team members while guiding the recruitment and mentorship of master’s level student interns.
• Oversee clinical operations by managing client databases, facilitating clinician credentialing, and ensuring meticulous client recordkeeping.
• Lead community engagement efforts by participating in meetings and coalitions to enhance our collaborative efforts.
• Advise and supervise clinical services and case management while ensuring best practice outcomes and effective team productivity.
• Maintain strong relationships with key partners, including district attorneys, law enforcement agencies, and mental health providers, to support the integrity of our services.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and pursue best practices for forensic and advocacy processes within our organization.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Licensure as a licensed clinical social worker, counselor, or psychologist is preferred
