Key Responsibilities
- Supervise clinical care for homecare clients from their initial admission through to discharge.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality clinical services while managing care personnel.
- Orient and assess the competencies of homecare caregivers, fostering their professional growth.
- Provide education, training, and mentorship to support caregiver development.
- Carry out both in-office and field duties, including visiting patients in their homes.
- Active RN license (in applicable states).
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills.
- Excellent teamwork and customer service orientation.
- Supervisory experience is an asset.
- A minimum of one year of RN experience is preferred.
