Key Responsibilities
- Build Partnerships: Establish and nurture a strong collaborative relationship between the school district and our initiative, serving as a crucial liaison.
- Drive Progress: Organize and lead regular meetings with district administrators to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Remove Barriers: Collaborate with district officials to identify and resolve challenges that impede student access to dual enrollment, credentials, work-based learning, and other valuable opportunities.
- Provide Insights: Deliver data-driven insights that support the development and enhancement of high-demand career pathways. Work together on pathway improvement plans.
- Solve Problems: Generate timely reports on district and school progress, proactively identifying and addressing challenges.
- Lead Administration: Partner with district administrators to guarantee accurate and timely data collection.
- Supervise Coaches: Recruit, onboard, train, and support College and Career Coaches within the district, ensuring they have the necessary resources for success.
- Monitor Performance: Track the progress of Coaches against key indicators, including student enrollment in career pathways, attainment of credentials, and completion of work-based learning experiences.
- Provide Feedback: Regularly offer constructive feedback to Coaches, address challenges, and eliminate obstacles to their success.
- Facilitate Relationships: Connect district and school leaders with businesses that align with high-demand career pathways.
- Build Community Support: Represent the initiative in meetings and events, advocating for the significance of career pathways.
