Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ERP and WMS systems.
- Deliver technical assistance to end-users, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their operational needs and document business requirements.
- Design, test, and implement system changes, integrations, and reports to streamline processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configurations, workflows, and procedures.
- Oversee user access reporting systems.
- Manage system protocols and assess file sizes as necessary.
- Execute month-end processing activities and coordinate year-end accounting functions.
- Ensure compliance of the ERP system with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Act as a backup for Systems Operations when required.
- Analyze and update programs to improve the functionality of ERP and WMS.
- Associate’s degree in Management Information Systems or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in supporting ERP systems.
- Basic proficiency in SQL or similar query languages.
- Solid understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Familiarity with AS400/iSeries systems (RPG, CL, DB2/400) is advantageous.
- Experience with AS400 Query, reporting tools, and job scheduling software is a plus.
- Knowledge of report builders, Excel Macro VBA, and Access programming would be beneficial.
- Understanding of EDI and HRIS systems is preferred.
