Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the tracking of international shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and addressing any potential disruptions.
- Collaborate with North American facilities and various transportation providers, including ocean carriers and customs brokers, to resolve logistical challenges.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing updates on shipment status and addressing inquiries regarding costs and transit times.
- Manage essential administrative duties, including communication, information compilation, and performing track-and-trace activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication capabilities and a proactive mindset towards problem-solving.
- Prior experience in customer service with an emphasis on urgency.
