Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions in clients’ residences using evidence-based methodologies.
• Perform thorough assessments and interviews to identify mental health and other pertinent needs.
• Prepare and submit accurate documentation regarding client progress and needs.
• Collaborate with relevant agencies and professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
• Maintain precise and timely records of all client interactions and sessions.
• Attend multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive patient care.
• Generate weekly statistical reports for service tracking and billing purposes.
• Provide crisis intervention support when necessary, prioritizing the safety of clients and families.

Required Skills

• Master's level degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.
• Proven experience in providing therapy to individuals, families, and groups across diverse populations.
• Familiarity with youth involved in the juvenile justice system is advantageous.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance for home visits.
• Clinical license is required.
• Proficient computer skills and excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
