Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of young individuals and their families.
- Stay informed about the latest best practices in clinical supervision and specialized home-based treatment.
- Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions in clients’ residences using evidence-based methodologies.
- Perform thorough assessments and interviews to identify mental health and other pertinent needs.
- Prepare and submit accurate documentation regarding client progress and needs.
- Collaborate with relevant agencies and professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
- Maintain precise and timely records of all client interactions and sessions.
- Attend multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive patient care.
- Generate weekly statistical reports for service tracking and billing purposes.
- Provide crisis intervention support when necessary, prioritizing the safety of clients and families.
- Adhere to safety protocols to create a secure therapeutic environment.
- Master's level degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology.
- Proven experience in providing therapy to individuals, families, and groups across diverse populations.
- Familiarity with youth involved in the juvenile justice system is advantageous.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance for home visits.
- Clinical license is required.
- Proficient computer skills and excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Graduate degree in a relevant behavioral health field.
- Experience in therapeutic settings, particularly with youth.
