Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage healthcare services for clients in the Lakewood, Littleton, and Denver metro areas.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Assess client requirements and create individualized care plans.
- Offer guidance and support to our team of caregivers.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and standards.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and team members.
- Document medical information accurately and thoroughly.
- Conduct annual in-person supervisory visits and perform record audits.
- Provide education to clients, employees, and families.
- Utilize our advanced care management software program.
- A minimum of one year of experience as a practicing RN is essential, with preference given to those with acute care experience.
- Experience in medical/surgical nursing is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with the disabled community is preferred.
- One year of supervisory experience overseeing caregivers and other healthcare providers is necessary.
- Proficiency in Spanish is highly valued.
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in Colorado, with a BSN preferred.
- Current CPR certification is required; First Aid certification is preferred.
- One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse (RN) is mandatory.
- Prior experience in acute care and familiarity with the disabled community is advantageous.
