Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first and second-line technical assistance to users through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a diverse array of IT issues, encompassing hardware, software, networking, and connectivity challenges.
- Diagnose and address problems related to desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and additional devices.
- Install, configure, and sustain computer systems and software.
- Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and implementing security measures.
