Key Responsibilities
- Respond to referrals and follow up on family needs promptly.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify the strengths and challenges of families.
- Collaborate with families to establish goals and develop actionable plans.
- Employ various clinical interventions to offer tailored support.
- Connect families with available resources and essential services.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in kinship or fictive kin care is essential.
- Master's degree in a human services-related field (MA, MFT, MSW) preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
- Flexibility to work evening hours and occasionally on weekends.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish/English are preferred, with a pay differential available.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
- Ability to travel (25% of the time) to client locations and provider offices is necessary.
- License eligibility (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) is preferred.
