Key Responsibilities
- Engage promptly with referrals and assess family needs.
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify strengths and areas requiring support across various domains, including legal matters, child welfare, and social support.
- Collaborate with families to establish goals and actionable steps.
- Employ a variety of clinical interventions to offer tailored support.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of the available resources and assist families in accessing these services.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Flexibility to accommodate evening hours and occasional weekends.
- Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- At least two years of lived experience in kinship or fictive kin care.
- Master's degree in a human services-related discipline (MA, MFT, MSW).
- Preferred eligibility for licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC).
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
