Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide all facets of program operations to ensure effectiveness and success.
- Lead clinical innovation, client engagement, and team development initiatives.
- Maintain a clinical caseload while facilitating specialized events and workshops.
- Contribute to program and agency decision-making, including planning and policy development.
- Implement innovative strategies to enhance client satisfaction and engagement.
- Coordinate training opportunities for staff and provide clinical case consultation.
- Support outreach strategies to increase awareness and accessibility of the program.
- Represent the program in community meetings and transport participants when necessary.
- Master's degree in a behavioral science or a related discipline.
- Licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, with strong computer skills.
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and public speaking skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and organizational skills.
- A minimum of two years of post-master's experience preferred.
- At least five years of experience in mental health settings, particularly with under-resourced populations, including youth and families.
- Knowledgeable about systems supporting under-resourced youth and families.
