Key Responsibilities
- Conduct remote therapy sessions for children and adolescents.
- Assist clients in navigating difficult situations and managing their emotional responses.
- Encourage the development of resilience and coping skills among clients.
- Engage in continuous professional development through training programs that focus on the latest evidence-based practices.
- Valid therapist license (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.) in at least one state, with additional bonuses for licenses in multiple states.
- Proven experience working with children and teenagers, particularly those who have experienced trauma.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A warm, empathetic disposition, coupled with a genuine passion for supporting young individuals.
- Proficiency and enthusiasm for utilizing technology to conduct therapy via video conferencing.
- Possession of a valid therapist license (LPC, LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, etc.).
- Relevant experience in working with children and adolescents.
- A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
